Frank and Sarah Barbara bring more than 20 years of culinary experience to the table — a husband and wife team whose lives have been shaped by the rhythm of kitchens, the aroma of simmering sauces, and the joy of feeding people well. Having owned and operated a collection of well-known cafés and restaurants in the area,  they’ve built their reputation on a simple philosophy: quality ingredients, authentic flavours, and unforgettable service.

Their journey through the food industry has taken them from early morning espresso bars to bustling dining rooms, each chapter strengthening their commitment to Italian hospitality. Today, that passion lives on through their catering — where every dish is crafted with the same care, pride, and tradition that has defined their careers.
